Great Job by AFD......Arlington was dispatched in the early morning hours of May 14th for a structure fire at #16 Pine Tree Drive. Arriving units encountered a heavy volume of fire from the rear of the structure on the #1 and 2 floors. An agressive interior attack was initiated and a quick knockdown was the result. Unfortunately for me, they did such a good job I was only able to get there for overhaul :)... The fire appeared to have started in the rear of the structure and is rumored to have been caused by a wood stove...... The owners of the newly remodeled residence were able to escape w/o injury.... New Hamburg FD was on the scene with their Fast Team.....
